Scheduling

We recommend that you schedule around 1 month before the planned party date, to ensure that we are available and have time to prepare for your party. However we accept booking requests up to 1 week ahead of time. Additionally, a late fee may be charged if you must cancel within 5 days of the planned party date. (Read more about cancellation here). After requesting a booking time we will contact you confirming your time and date as soon as possible so that you can send in your deposit through your selected payment method.

IMPORTANT:

For locations farther than 15 miles from 60014 ( Crystal Lake, IL) a traveling fee will be charged.

We do NOT book parties on Sundays ( Exodus 20:8-11)
Schedule is subject to change, so if you have a date in mind we recommend you book as soon as possible.
Our normal hours are from 9 am-5 pm ( we will complete a party if it's start time is before 5 pm)
You are REQUESTING a time, we will make every effort to honor booking requests, and will let you know as soon as possible if there was an unknown conflict with your time.
In order to ensure your party date we will need to receive your 20% deposit ( we will let you know as soon as we have received it)
