COVID-19: We are now taking bookings for parties of 50 people or less.
We are excited to announce that we are now taking bookings for parties of up to 50 people. We will also be rescheduling parties within 24 hours of the party date WITH NO LATE FEE. Face masks are NOT required, it is up to each party attender and/or the party host to set guidelines for facial coverings. Our performers will be wearing clear masks as to preserve the likeness of the character as much as possible. When booking a party please email us with any other personal precautions you would like to inform us about, such as social distancing. We will try our best to fulfill most requests but cannot promise that we will be able to accommodate all of them. We ask that if any party attendee or member of the party location family has symptoms of the COVID-19 virus that they stay home. Thank you so much for your patience as we adapt to this situation. That depends on the package. For all packages if you would like any meals or snacks you must provide them, as well as any sort of party decorations. If you would like a fully hosted party we highly recommend the Super Deluxe package. It is the typical party length at 2 hours and has tons of activities and celebrations entirely hosted by us, no parent assistance needed! (Although you do need to be present at the party location :))
Of course! No princess celebration is complete without a royal portrait! Pictures (we take them, but you are welcome to take them as well) are included in all four of our packages and the unedited pictures are shared to you via a Google Drive link, for easy access and printing.
Each party package includes 2, you read that right, 2 royal princesses. For now, these princess cannot be selected ahead of time, although look out for that option in the future! (Our typical party will include Cinderella, Belle and one party assistant.)
Each package has a different time length: "Pop In": 30 min Basic: 1 hour, Deluxe: 1.5 hours, Super Deluxe: 2 hours. If you would like more than 2 hours an additional 30 min can be added for $30 with a max at 3.5 hours. (Note: This can only be added on to the Super Deluxe package)
Great question. With each booking we require a 20% deposit upfront that can be payed either through PayPal, Venmo or mailed check/cash. You may pay the full price upfront if you like but we also accept cash and checks on location ( payable to Chris Sosnowski with Dreams Such as These in the memo line.)
We would ask that you do not book a party unless you are very sure that you are available that date. That being said we accept cancellations up to 5 days before the original party date. If you must cancel within 5 days of the scheduled party date a late cancellation fee may be charged. If you need to cancel at any time please email us at dreamssuchasthese@gmail.com . (Note: with any cancellation you will not be refunded your 20% deposit).
(UPDATE: Due to COVID-19 we will now be accepting cancellations up to 24 hrs before the party date with NO LATE FEE, you will also be returned your 20% deposit)
There is no max amount of guests for our "Pop in", "Basic" and "Deluxe" packages although we highly recommend that if you are going to have a party with over 15 guests you purchase either the Deluxe or Super Deluxe package. For the Super Deluxe package, because of the one on one activities and time constrictions, for parties of over 12 guests an additional $10 is required per child. Additionally for over 20 children an additional 30 min must be purchased in order for us to be able to get through all the activities with the quality service we are committed to providing.
